Where we ship

Equipment is shipped from the Netherlands (EU) to European Union countries and Ukraine. UK delivery requires confirmation and a custom quote; equipment, delivery and applicable tax must be confirmed before payment. The available carrier service and delivery charge depend on the destination and equipment. Unsupported routes or parcel requirements need confirmation before payment.

Dispatch and arrival

We normally dispatch standard orders within three working days after payment and the required order details are confirmed. Any different lead time for sourcing or bespoke configuration is agreed separately.

Dispatch time is not arrival time. Carrier transit estimates are separate and can be affected by customs, public holidays and local conditions. For Ukraine, NovaPost delivery information starts from six days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery charges

Your confirmed shipping charge is fixed for the order. We absorb normal fluctuations in our packing and carrier costs. Where an automatic charge is unavailable, we confirm the delivery price before requesting payment.

Ukraine delivery can be addressed to a supported NovaPost pickup location or the offered delivery address. Check the selected town, pickup office or locker code and recipient details before ordering.

Tracking

We email the carrier name, AWB or tracking reference and carrier tracking link when the shipping request is ready. A tracking number means the shipment has been booked; we confirm dispatch after the parcel is handed over.

The carrier provides tracking updates. Contact DCshop about delays, damage or a missing parcel and we will engage the carrier.

Customs and import charges

Any applicable recipient import charges and customs responsibilities must be identified with the delivery and tax arrangements before payment. If those details are unresolved, the order requires confirmation.
