The seller

Equipment and ordering
We supply businesses and private customers in the European Union and Ukraine. UK delivery requires confirmation and a custom quote. Equipment is new and manufacturer-boxed as standard. Package contents and optional features depend on the exact model and SKU shown in your order.
Use the catalogue and basket when you know what you need. Help me choose provides an editable proposal for matching radios to your requirements. Special sourcing, quantities above the available allocation and requested programming or configuration are handled individually.
Prices and payment
The equipment, delivery charge, currency and tax treatment must be confirmed before payment is requested. Where a detail still needs checking, we contact you with the confirmed total and payment link. Bank and Revolut transfer details are supplied with the confirmed invoice.
An offer for bespoke equipment or services is valid for seven days after sending unless the offer states otherwise. Offer validity does not reserve stock; availability is checked before payment. Import duties and charges payable by the recipient, if applicable, must be identified before ordering.
After payment
We email an acknowledgement when payment is confirmed. Shipping details follow when the carrier booking is ready, and dispatch is confirmed when the parcel has been handed over.
If we cannot supply an ordered item, we contact you promptly. We refund unavailable equipment unless you expressly agree to an alternative. We do not substitute equipment or add charges without your agreement.
Configuration and use
Programming, licences, airtime and other bespoke services are included only where specified in your offer or order. Requested configuration may require equipment to be opened before dispatch.
The selected hardware and configuration must support your frequencies, network and intended use. You may buy radio equipment before obtaining a radio licence. Where a licence is required for use, do not transmit until you hold the appropriate licence or are covered by an authorised licence holder and the equipment is configured for its permitted frequencies and settings. Apply to the national radio-spectrum regulator where you will use the radios; UK customers can apply through Ofcom’s business radio licensing service. Hazardous-area use requires the appropriate certified radio, battery and accessory combination; a general model comparison is not site approval.
Your rights
Our returns and delivery pages explain the process for cancellation, faults and delivery problems. Mandatory consumer rights in the applicable country continue to apply. Manufacturer or supplier warranties do not replace those rights.
