Dispatch and delivery
Standard orders normally dispatch within three working days after payment and complete details. Nova Post delivery starts from six days after dispatch; customs and local conditions can cause delays. We email the waybill and tracking when booked, then confirm carrier handover separately.
Address or Nova Post pickup
Choose Ukraine, then address delivery or Nova Post pickup. Find your town and select the branch number or code. Check the recipient’s name, phone number and delivery details before payment.
Delivery and import charges
Delivery is calculated at checkout and fixed once confirmed. No shop VAT is added to qualifying exports. Any Ukrainian import taxes, duties or clearance fees are payable by the recipient, separately from checkout.
Payment and equipment selection
In-stock orders with final prices, calculated delivery and completed checks can proceed to card payment. Otherwise, we email a payment link after confirming the total. Use Help me choose for programming, custom configurations or matching an existing network.
